Once upon a time, there was an amazing wine bar in Emirates Towers, on the same spot now occupied by Alfie's by Dunhill, that everyone used to love. Its name was The Agency Wine Bar. It was completely different to any of Dubai’s current wine bars. At that time of course, the world was in better shape, but undoubtedly the minds behind this genius concept had a real vision of what a wine bar should be.
